was curious about what it was so I took a look at it. There were three plastic eggs in beautiful
colours and they were in a small wooden box. And there was something written on them. On
one of them was written: I’m going to become an Auntie.” At first, I thought it was a joke. I
called my sister and asked her what this is all about. She told me that it was not a joke. She
also wanted me to be at home when she was about to tell us, but that did not work out. When I
realized that she really wasn't joking about it I even cried. I was so happy for her. I called my
best friend immediately and told her everything. She was very happy too. Although I was
really excited about it and looking forward to it, I needed to process it. It all happened so fast.
And then her journey started. Every time I saw her belly was bigger. After some time, we
discovered that the baby is going to be a girl. A few months went by and when I put my hand
on her belly I could feel the baby kicking. And now on the 19th of November, I will finally
meet my little niece.
It's a privilege to watch someone grow up and develop as a person. I can't wait to watch her
baby girl growing up and loving her unconditionally.
