Let's get to know each other through information communication technology.

We would like to get to know other European towns and cities as they are seen through the eyes of our peers from other countries and cultures.

The idea inspired us to make a kaleidoscope of photographs of Ptuj. We wanted to present the town as experienced every day by the people living in Ptuj and as it can be seen by every tourist crossing the bridge across the river Drava.

The project will be upgraded, the site completed during the school year.

At the beginning we chose to mention some of the cultural monuments of the town and two major events preserving old customs (martinovanje and the carnival).

During the week from 22 to 27 November we will invite some visitors (open doors day) and the representatives of local media. We will work together with local organisations taking care for young people and with the town municipality.

We think our town is special and has much to offer and are aware that many young people feel the same way about their home towns too. That is why we would really like to learn about other towns and cities in Europe and get to know their cultural heritage and customs.
