Perhaps you think that all of us with physical handicaps are disappointed with life and thus irritable, bad-tempered and embittered. By cooperating with us, you can become convinced that despite our restricted movement, we are still happy, friendly, not at all disappointed with life and full of joy. We are anything but ill and sometimes more healthy than the healthy.
The chain of us as people has gained an important role with life, not to forget who we truly are. We must realize that we put our experience and work back into history, where they will give colour and tone to new generations. All the mystery of our abilities and powers has come as a tradition from the past and is intended for others for the future.
After thirty years of our work, a great and important task awaits us, that of building a holiday home on the coast, which will be a refuge for our members, especially those who live in homes cut off from the world. At least once a year they will receive there the urgently needed rehabilitation and the warmheartedness we all desire. Although we as people have a certain feeling of inner strength and success, we all need kindness and people with whom you can celebrate every victory and in whom you can confide at every defeat.
A tiny yet powerful force is that goodness that knows how to judge and deal wisely in interpersonal relationships. It reveals to us contentment in existing things, it creates, preserves and freshly embraces all worlds. A force that contains all the experience of reality and does not acknowledge the laws of time. It is like a trembling of eternity, which listens in to the pulse of our hearts and comes to each one with its fate and departs like a butterfly.
The unseen thread which links people in happiness, joy, love and also suffering is constantly present with us. It bears the imprint of every word that so often in a day we exchange between ourselves. Every touch of the hands as a sign of respect, every step, as well as the flow of feelings and emotions that open up a world of different meanings and signs.
