Born in New Orleans in 1940. At age 14 he entered the Christian Brothers, a Roman Catholic pontifical order and remained there for 14 years. Based in New Mexico during the sixties, Reggio taught elementary school, secondary school and college. Godfrey Reggio is a frequent lecturer on philosophy, technology and film. He resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
