New version of the Carstairs families pages. Over 1200 couples, now includes data from the Statutory Index of Deaths in Scotland up to 2000, as well as BDMs from Australia and Canada. Also updated my own family tree considerably in a new format.

Thursday, 18 March 1999

Added a whole new section on the CARSTAIRS family. To start with, I've listed several hundred families and their children that I know of, and I hope to add more data soon.

Wednesday, 30 December 1998

Added around 100 new individuals, and completely replaced the individual pages. Updated the surnames page accordingly. Added brief bios for Alexander Wilson and Sir John Leslie, second cousins and mathematicians. Added a basic links page.

Sunday 4th October 1998

Added an acknowledgements page. Added a link to the acknowledgements page from the index page. Added a listing of various index entries for COBB families and a link to it on the surnames page.

Complete update of all the individual pages. Background added to all pages (a bit of colour never hurt anyone!). Addition of much information on the CARSTAIRS/BALDY line.

Created this update page, adding a link to it from the index page. Changed the surname page, and added new pages listing OPR/SI entries for specific surnames in specific locations: CUNNINGHAM in Abdie 1807-1892; MILLER in Creich 1768-1800; and PEARSON in Coldstream 1751-1879.
