TIGERS
Tigers are wild animals . They live in Asia. Tigers are are orange
with black spots. They are the biggest members of the cat family.
They aren' t friendly, but they are very dangerous animals. Tigers
have four legs, two ears and eyes,a black nose and a very big
mouth with sharp teeth. They can climb trees very well, but they
can' t fly. Tigers eat deer, antelopes and wild pigs. They live in
rainforests. When they are in zoos, they can live 20 years, but if
they are in the wild, they can live only 15 years. Tigers live in groups
with their families. They eat just meat ,they are carnivores.
CURIOSITY: The roar of a tiger can be heard more than 1.5 km
away. A tiger eats up to 45kg of meat per night. This can be
compared to 400 burgers!

TIGERS
The biggest cat in the world is the Siberian tiger. It can weight
more than three large men. Siberian tigers can eat up to 36
kilograms of meat at one time. They live in the woods in a group.
They spend a lot of time bathing in water. They live in warm places
in Indonesia. Thay also live in cold places in Russia. Tigers in cold
places are larger and have denser fur. They have black and orange
stripes, four large teeth, brilliant vision, sharp claws, a long tail and
strong hind legs. Tigers are carnivores. They eat cattle, deer,
antelope and wild pigs. Tigers mark their territory. They have two
or three puppies. Males live alone. Tigers are mammals. Tigers
climb trees and they can jump long distances. Tigers are
endangered species. They live to 20 years of age in zoos but only
15 years in the wild. They are the largest members of the cat
family. They are not social. Tigers are very dangerous but they are
really very beautiful and interesting animals. I adore them.

TIGERS
MY FAVORITE ANIMALS ARE TIGERS. THEY LIVE IN THE HARD TO
REACH FORESTS OF ASIA. TIGERS ARE ORANGE WITH BLACK
STRIPES, BODY, HAIR, LEGS, ARMS AND EARS. TIGERS LIVE IN
GROUPS. TIGERS SLEEP ON ROCKS, IN GRASS IN THEIR WILD
HABITAT, NEXT TO THEIR PREY OR WHEREVER THEY FEEL THE
NEED TO REST. MOST TIGERS SEEK THEIR FOOD DURING THE DAY.
EVEN MORE, SOME OTHERS PREFER TO DO IT RIGHT AT DAWN OR
DUSK. AS TIGERS CAN SPEND A FEW DAYS WITHOUT FOOD, WHEN
THEY CATCH PREY ,THEY CAN EAT UP TO 75 POUNDS AT ONCE, BUT
USUALLY THEY CONSUME A SMALLER AMOUNT. THEY EAT MEAT.
THAT IS ALL ABOUT TIGERS.

Tigers live in forests in Asia. They are orange with black stripes.
The rarest colour a tiger can have is white. A tiger without stripes
was spotted only once. Tigers are currently the biggest cats on the
world. Tigers live alone. Only in the mating season they live with
their partner for a short period of time. Tigers can have from 2 to 4
cubs . They eat deer, antelopes and wild pigs. They also need a big
territory to hunt so they often come close to humanity. People
used to hunt tigers. They don’t anymore but all 8 speices of tigers
are in danger of extinction. The rarest type is a Siberian tiger. They
weight up to 385 kilograms and they can jump a total of 12 meters.
That’s four times more than his body length. Tigers aren’t a prey
for any animal but because humans used to hunt them there are
only 5000 left in the wild.

THE FUTURE
My name is Gaja Plevnik Ivanuša and I go to primary school

Hudinja. I'm in seventh grade. I'm twelve years old. When I grow
up, I will live in a big city. I will have a new house with a pool. I won't
get married, but I will have a smart, good and friendly partner. I
hope that I will have at least one child. I will become a teacher
because I love children. At sixteen I will learn to drive a car. I will
start teaching when I graduate. I hope, I will get a job at a primary
school. I think I won't be famous and rich. What I want most is to be
the best teacher in the world. I think I will be richer than my parents
and I hope I will live to be one hundred and fifty years old.
In my opinion the future will bring us positive and negative
changes. I hope scientists will discover cures for all diseases, so we
won't have any more epidemics. I think people will take holidays in
space. I don't think aliens will visit the Earth. Rich people will live on
Mars. Robots will do most of the work in the industry. We won't use
petrol cars to drive, but electric and flying cars. We won't have
newspapers, because we will have everything on the Web.
Children will spend more and more time behind computers. I think
that won't be good for the social relations. In my opinion
relationships between people won't be so warm, friendly and
genuine. I think the Earth' s climate will change, because people
behave irresponsibly towards the environment. Many animals will
become extinct. People will have to make a lot of changes to keep
life on Earth.
I hope my life will be long, healthy and happy.

THE FUTURE
Hi. My name is Nera. Right now I'm going to describe what my life
will look like in the future. Well, I hope it will be like that. Also, I'm
going to describe what I think life on Earth will be like.
I'm 12 years old and I have big thoughts like this: What if I don't get
a job or have enough money. Let's just leave those big thoughts
alone. I hope I will get a job as a doctor or a gymnastics teacher. I
think I will be married and I will have at least two children. I will live
in a small town or a village. In my opinion a village is the best place
to live because If you're lucky enough, you have fresh air and you
can produce your own food. I hope I will have a farm and horses, so
we can ride them. I just want to be happy in my future life. I don't
want to be famous. I hope I'll be a really good gymnast, so I will be
able to compete for Slovenia.
Now you will read what I think the Earth will look like in my opinion.
I think we won't have cars. We will have special travel devices. Food
will be less healthy and the population will grow really fast. I think
we will live on Mars or other planets, because the Earth will be
animals and plants will live healthy together. We do not want
plastic or polluted nature. Maybe there won't be any water,
probably because of humans. I hope that in the future there won't
be any severe diseases.
