healthy lifestyle doesn't only mean eating healthy, exercising and
maintaining basic hygiene. It means that you need some self-care,
too. You need to keep a positive mindset in this big, busy world.
And don't forget that you need to love yourself first, before you
can love anybody else.
That's all about a healthy lifestyle in theory. But we all know it's
easier said than done, so I'm going to tell you a bit about myself,
