	Civil engineer, professor. Born in 1948 in Amandola (AP) Italy. Professor of Bulding Constructions at Trento University of Civil Engineering. Head of Trento Construction Laboratory at Department of Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture. Studies planning methods and techniques in habitat reconstruction, especially those in mountain regions.

Vodja Gradbenega laboratorija na Oddelku za gradbeništvo in krajinsko arhitekturo Univerze v Trentu. Raziskuje metode in tehnike planiranja v urejanju okolja in v obnovi, predvsem v goratih okoljih ter inovativne sisteme v stavbarstvu z obnovljivimi viri.
