Bedenj (78 inhabitants, 4 km
to NW) consists of settlements Gornji and Dolnji Bedenj, Karaman and Klek
on the karst area North of Velika Plešivica. On the sunny side there
are vineyards, and on the opposite side there is chestnut forest.
Bojanci (102 inhabitants, 13
km to SW) consists of Gornji and Dolnji Bojanci. The village lies on sinkhole
elevation on the edge of Veliko Bukovje. Because of carst area there are
humble possibilities for agriculture, stockbreeding dominates.
The village was inhabitated in the
16th century by orthodox deserters. In the year 1934 orthodox parish was
established. On the edge of the village there is a church of St George,
built in neoroman style.

Dolenjci (106 inhabitants, 2
km to NW) is a village on sinkhole area on the crossroads Črnomelj- Adlešiči
and Griblje- Adlešiči. It consists also of settlement Rtie. It lies on
the east side of Velika Plešivica.
Dragoši (14 inhabitants, 4 km
to NW) is a village which lies on the terrace above the Kolpa, along the
road Griblje- Adlešiči. There are some weekend cottages in the village.
Fučkovci (54 inhabitants, 3 km
to SZ) is a village on the sinkhole terrace above Kolpa along the road
Adlešiči- Griblje. On the west side of the village there are extensive
areas called 'steljniki'. Near the Kolpa there is a picturesque source
coming from the cave Fučkovski zdenec.

Gorenjci (50 inhabitants, 1 km
to SE) lies on a stone carst area along the road Adlešiči- Preloka. The
location is good for fruit growing. Their vineyards are on Preložnik and
Mala Plešivica above the Gorenjci. On the east side there is a deep Kolpa
valley.

Jankoviči (67 inhabitants, 3
km to NW) lies on a sinkhole area on the north foot of Velika Plešivica.
The village consists of settlements Jankoviči, Šoštariči and Rim. Their
fields are on the bottom of the sinkholes. In the north there are areas
called 'steljniki', and mixed forest.
Marindol (107 inhabitants, 4
km to SE) is a a village above the left bank of the Kolpa which flows there
in a deep valley. The inhabitants are orthodox. The village was earlier
called Šobatovci or Šobatovo selo.
Miliči (32 inhabitants, 5 km
to SE) is a village on the terrace above left bank of the Kolpa, above
the picturesque valley. There is a lot of sinkholes in the surroundings.
The village dates from the 16th century. On the hill above the village
there is an orthodox church of St. Peter and Paul which was built in the
beginning of the 20th century in neoroman style.
Paunoviči (44 inhabitants, 6,5
km to SE) is a village on the hill above the valley of Kolpa. In the north
there are areas called 'steljniki'. The inhabitants are mainly orthodox.
Pobrežje
(9 inhabitants, 1 km to NW) lies on the terrace on the left bank of the
Kolpa. There is a dam and a sawmill at the bottom of the valley.
There is also a well-known castle in ruins on the steep rock above the
Kolpa.
Pribinci (78 inhabitants, 5 km
to NW) is a village on the low sinkhole elevation on the west side of Velika
Plešivica. There are a lot of vineyards and fruit. Their fields are at
the bottom of the sinkholes.

Purga (32 inhabitants, 0,5 km
to NW) is a village on karst stone area between the Kolpa and Preložnik.
It lies along the road Črnomelj- Adlešiči. There are good conditions for
fruit growing.

Mala (19 inhabitants, 1 km to
S) in Velika Sela (24 inhabitants, 1 km to SW) lie on the edge of
forests of Veliko Bukovje. They have vineyards on Mala and Velika Plešivica.
There are a lot of fruit trees, especially walnuts.

Vrhovci (62 inhabitants, 2 km
to SW) is a village on the sinkhole terrace above the valley of the Kolpa.
There are a lot of fruit trees between the houses. Their fields are at
the bottom of the sinkholes.

Žuniči (64 inhabitants, 6 km
to SE) is a village above the left bank of the Kolpa. It lies near the
border with Croatia. Countries are connected with the bridge. There is
a mill, sawmill, blacksmith and the baths. The village consists also of
a settlement Vukobrati. Once there was a castle under the village but it
has been in ruins for long centuries.
