Finlands presidents
Finlands first president was K.J Ståhlberg. He started as Finland´s president 1919 and stopped 1925. His follower was Relander 1925 to 1931. The next one was Svinhuvud from 1931 to 1937. After him was Kallio president from 1937 to 1940. Ryti was his follower 1940-1944. When Finland was in war , Mannerheim was president 1944-1946.
Paasikivi ruled Finland 1944-1956. Kekkonen was mayby the most famous Finnish president, 1956-1982. Koivisto was a very good volleyball player. He was president 1982-1994. Ahtisaari was Finlands president 1994-2000. Tarja Halonen is Finlands president and she's pretty good.

The Mumintroll
Tove Jansson is the writer and the artist of the Mumintrolls.She died when she was 85
years old (27.6.2001) and she was born 9.8.1914. Mumin is a funny white little troll, maybe you know him from the movies for kids.He have many friends and family-meambers.
Snorkfröken is Mumin´s girlfriend. Mumin-mum and mumin-dad are Mumin´s parents.His best friend is Snusmumriken,he likes to play on his mouth organ.
Some other caracters in the muminvalley:Sniff (looks like a brown donkey), Little My (is very small), Hemulen (old mumintroll with a purple dress), Filifjonkan (looks like Sniff with a red dress and a red hat but she is not brown, she is human color) and Toticki (Looks like a human, and she has got a red hat and a skirt with red and white stripes).

ANTON MARTIN SLOMŠEK , (1800-1882).
Slovenski narodni preroditelj, pesnik in škof. Po družbeno politicni usmeritvi izrazit konservativec, toda borec za pravice slovenskega naroda.
He was the Slovene national regenerator, poet and bishop. According to the political orientation, he was conservative and great fighter for the wrights of Slovene nation.
PRIMOŽ TRUBAR , (1508-1586).
Najvecji slovenski protestant in zacetnik slovenske književnosti. Napisal je prvi knjigi v slovenskem jeziku Abecedarium in Catechismus.
The biggest Slovene protestant writer and the beginner of the Slovene literature. He wrote the first book in Slovene language Abecedarium and Catechismus.
FRANCE PREŠEREN , (1800-1849).
Najvecji slovenski pesnik. Njegova najvecja pesnitev je Zdravljica, ki je danes tudi del slovenske himne. Imel je odvetniško pisarno v Kranju.
He is the biggest Slovene poet. The most important poem is Zdravljica, which is today a part of Slovene national anthem. He was attorney at Law in Kranj.
JACOBUS CARNIOLUS GALLUS , (1550-1591).
Slovenski skladatelj in osrednji glasbeni umetnik pozne renesanse. Pisal je maše, motete in madrigale.
The Slovene composer and the one of the most important musical artist of late renaissance.
He made masses and other music from that period.
