may find links to pages where you can see the results of
our research 'Value which means a lot to me', which we
made from December 1997 to March 1998. After four months
of collecting and processing the answers on our survey
you may see the results of our inquiry which involved
hundreds of schools and individuals in "50 countries". We hope our work will have some impact
on people who come across it in a way to make Our World a
Better Place to Live In. Before you start, we suggest
that you to read a short poem
which we have chosen especially for this occasion. We
would also like to express our gratitude to all of you
who helped us by answering our survey, along with
beautiful comments which we have collected and offer to
you. Thank you once again ! We were aware
of the complexity of Values as a social category. Since
our main goal was to get TopTen Values, we simplified our
survey as much as possible. The other reason for
simplicity was to make it as popular as possible. People
are not usually ready to answer long surveys. However,
the results are quite surprising.

Voyage
Find a friend
in an enemy.
Throw away hatred, sneer and contempt.
Do not be angry with the suffering - it
determines you.
Go to meet the value, not thinking about your body.
Give a smile to the contradiction, be mild to the others,
as you are to yourself.
When death calls you don't be angry with
it for calling you so soon.
You must know everything is happening in the right time.
Go into the nonexistence, don't be sorry for
anything, you will be much better in the next life.
