We
need:

Margarine 150 g
Milk 0,lL
Yeast 50g
Salt ½ teaspoon
Sugar 0,1L
Flour 1,4L
Saffron 0,5g
Raisins
1 egg
1.Melt
margarine in a saucepan.
Pour in the milk and heat up to 37 degrees (finger warm).
2. Crumb
down the yeast in a bowl.
3. Pour the liquid over the yeast.
Add salt, sugar, saffron and almost all the flour.
4.Knead the dough.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
5.Knead the dough again.
6.Form the Lucia-rolls (see the picture)
Put them on an oven-tray, cover with a towel. Let them rest 30
minutes.
7. Paint them with whipped eggs, and decorate with raisins.
8. Let them bake 225-250 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
