Our project
plan:
| Our
project is based on the worldwide famous project “The
Image of the Other”. Pupils aged from 12 to 13
work on it throughout the schoolyear 2002/2003, using
different means of communication, from letters (10
letters), exchange of electronic materials, a special webpage for the
project, chats, disscussion in the project forum to videos and photos.

| Project
procedure / outcomes: |
Students
have been paired and they exchange letters about the 10
themes of the project via e-mails. We plan to exchange all
the 10 letters but we will add topics as proposed by
students and teachers.
Along the e-mails we plan our students to learn how to use
different ICT tools (scanning, drawing, writing, recording
sounds, PowerPint presentations...) and exchange other
materials between groups:

drawings,

videos,
-
photos,
-
sound
recordings - language expressions, songs, national music...
-
interesting
internet links on certain topics
and
to:
-
build
a special site for the project created by the students -
which will be done by sending materials to Viljenka Šavli
via e-mail as an attachment.

meet
virtually in real time in organised chats covering
special topics (the chat will be saved and published on
the net)
-
discuss
the chosen topics and their experiences in our forum
-
prepare
the questionnaire for report at the end of the project
-
evaluate
the work at the end of the school year

December - special activities about Christmas, video
presenting the school and the group
January- May: exchanging e-mails (8) and all the
