Here
is our program for the Halloween day at Kids' English Club - Fukue Central
Community Center1) Read a book about Halloween: Canadian
teacher read "What is Halloween?" (flip-
flap book) to the children with Japanese staff.
2)Moster Freeze:
We play the music "Ghost Busters". When the music stops, Canadian teacher says
the number and kids must make a group of that number and sit down.
3)Mummy wrap:
Children make a group of 10. And they must decide a leader. Other kids must wrap a leader
with a roll of toilet paper to be
mummy.
4) Stiker Rally:
We will prepare three BOOths.( Game places) They can get a stamp when they finish each
activity and to get three stamps they have to go to three BOOths to play three game.
a) Jack-O-Lantern
BOOth: Children must shave Jack-o-lantern's face(Shving cream on the face) with a
plastic knife. Jack-o-lantern's face is a orange baloon so must be careful not to pop them.
b) Ghost BOOth:
Chldren jump up to get a mashmarow.(ghost's face is drawn on it)
c) Witch BOOth:
We made a rimboo dance bar with a broom and boxes decorated Halloween pictures. Here we
are! rimboo dance ! not to drop witch's broom!
5) Let's do trick!:
Do tricks with toilet papers. They can make a mess when the music is being played but stop
and lie down on the floor when it stops.
6) Costume contest:
We have 10 great prizes.
7) Trick or treat!:
Several shops are waiting for them to do trck or treat! It will be a big event for us!
