Pinguicula alpina

This pattern is rare, found on plant that grow near border with Italia. 

'Deep Purple'

There are at least three different tipes of leaf color pattern: with pure green, intermediate and (extremely rare) purple leaves as the most recognizable distinctive mark. It is common plant, growing from high altitude (2500 m) to probably world's lowest altitude at near 200 m above sea level.

The plant grows on different substrats, from very rich with organic compounds to entirely rock, from constantly wet to completly dry places.
