We cordially invite you to the 29th International Scientific Meeting on Vacuum Science and Technique organized by Slovenian Society for Vacuum Technique in collaboration with Croatian vacuum society. The meeting will be held in Hotel Špik in Gozd Martuljek, Slovenia from 10th – 12th May, 2023.

The main aim of the conference is to bring together researchers, engineers, technicians and other experts to share their knowledge on the recent developments in the field of vacuum science and technology and related areas such as plasma science and technology, thin films and coatings, surface science, vacuum metallurgy, biointerfaces, and nanoscience.

Registration and abstract submission
All conference talks will be given by invited speakers selected by the International Program Committee. The length of the talk is 25 min. All other attendees will have a poster presentation. The official language of the conference is English.
Please register by submitting an abstract till 31st March 2023 using the provided template. Abstracts should be sent to alenka.vesel@ijs.si.
For organizational reasons, please indicate in your email to whom you will share your room in the case of staying in a double room.

Conference fee:
– exhibitors 500 EUR
– regular three-day registration fee 340 EUR (single room) or 290 EUR (double room)
– one-day registration fee 80 EUR.
The registration fee can be paid only by bank transfer (no cash payment at the conference). The fee covers conference material, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, and refreshment drinks during the poster session.
