TEMPORARY SPACES FOR THE SLOVENIAN NATIONAL THEATRE DRAMA LJUBLJANA

ZAČASNI PROSTORI ZA SLOVENSKO NARODNO GLEDALIŠČE DRAMA LJUBLJANA

When The Slovenian National Theatre Drama had to vacate their premises for renovations, architects Anja Vidic and Jure Grohar transformed an abandoned industrial complex into a vibrant cultural infrastructure. Through a series of precise, low-budget interventions, the project redefines the relationship between permanence and reuse and won EU Prize for Contemporary Architecture, Mies van der Rohe Award.
