Shining globe lamps are the worst of all because the largest part of energy goes into the sky. The base /the lower part of lamps/ also contributes to the dispersion of light into the sky.

Bad protection especially makes these lamps dangerous.  A lot of them can be  damaged or broken. When old they resemble the Moon and this disturbs insects.

We can spot them without any problems because their shape is easily seen in parks, town centers...etc.
