Povzetek
Znanje in tehnologija sta
odločilnega pomena pri razvoju gospodarstva in šolstva. Ali je znanje, ki smo ga
pridobili na fakultetah dovolj za naše delo? Ali se moramo usposabljati le na željo
oziroma ukaz vodstva? Ali moramo naše znanje nadgrajevati le zaradi službenih potreb? V
vsaki organizaciji je razvoj zaposlenih sestavni del splošnega vodenja in menedžmenta
organizacije; torej, v kolikšni meri moramo sami poskrbeti za svoj razvoj in znanje? V
prispevku osvetljujem potrebo po nenehnem izobraževanju in kar je vse bolj pomembno po
samoizobraževanju učiteljev.
Abstract
Professional development of
staff is an essential part of each school's programme. Thus, to what extent does an
individual employee need to take concern about his/her own professional development? Do we
have to upbild our knewledge only of the job needs? In every organization development of
the personnel an important part of general leading and management of organization. So in
what way do we have to take care for our development and knowledge? In this paper I am
trying to highlight the need of training and what is more the importance of self-training.
