Third meeting

Conclusions:
  • We discussed all the open issues concerning the project and agreed on the next actions to finalizing the project. Among other discussions we agreed on the following:
    • we finalize the idea about the learning and teaching modules (how we will prepare them)
    • 10.October deadline for sending the modules according to the agreement to Tanja (Pinter made a sample that will be send to partners)
    • 12.October – deadline for Tanja to send the modules to all partners
    • Every partner should prepare the translations into its own language (four language versions) and take care for grammatical corrections of its own modules
    • 10. November – deadline for the modules to be translated and corrected and evaluation should be done
    • 15. November – deadline for all partners to prepare materials for promoting CD according to our agreement at the meeting (including dissemination activities) to Tanja that will put them into the final form
    • 20.November – Tanja will send the text and the pictures for the promoting liflet to Tuulikki (in English, grammatically corrected)
  • who will produce the CD
    • partners will check the WEB page and send comments and ideas for improvment
    • For the design of the learning and teaching materials Tuulikki will take care of.
    • The printing should be done in one country, every partner should tell how much printed books it needs. (learning and teaching brochures AT (?), FI (?) SLO (?), promoting CD , liflets).
    • A plan of evaluation activities should be done by each partner! Evaluation should be done until the end of October
  • Financial part
    • financial plan for the next three months should be made by each partner
    • All the partners will take care for their own tables and sending them by email to the coordinator;
    • Partners will enter Excel tables (they have got them last year from Tanja) in English language.
    • Every person involved in the project will take care for its only stuff cost tables
