Second meeting

Conclusions:
  • Financial tables
    • All the partners will take care for their own tables and sending them by email to the coordinator;
    • Tanja need to send the tables in Excel to all the partners.
    • Partners will enter them in English language.
    • Every person involved in the project will take care for its only stuff cost tables
    • For the mid report partners will send all the necessary data to the coordinator as it will request
  • Tehnical part
    • Six learning and teaching modules should be produced
    • Finland partner should prepare two
    • Austrian partner should prepare two
    • Slovenian partner should prepare two
    • One module shold be approx 20-30 pages long
    • We need to prepare separate pages as an instruction for the potential user of the project results
  • Dissemination
    • Mr Seper will be responsible to prepare a school newspaper about the project; all involved partners should send short informations: Tuulikki Kosonen about the project globaly, Risto about the second meeting in Finland, Milan about the tehnical part, Tanja about the first meeting. Deadline: end of february. Every person should write two pages in two language (English and native)
    • Every partner will try to tell about the project at different occasions like open days, ...
  • Last meeting will be held in Pinkafeld, Austria from 4th-9th june. The date is not fixed yet. The main topics: presentation of the results, evaluation and dissemination
