First meeting
Conclusions:
- All the partners will provide all the necessary documentation (copies of bills, documents about all possible payments, flight tickets, train or bus tickets, ..) within 14 days after they pay for it.
- All the partners will send their financial tables in Excel to the coordinator (Tanja.Kocjan@guest.arnes.si).
- For administrations Microsoft Excel and Word will be used.
- All the partners will take care for the tables of stuff hours by day and category per month.
- Slovenian partner will prepare a sample of a home page.
- Austrian partner will prepare a logo for the project, other schools can give suggestions about it.
- Austrian partner suggested an Acronym for the project FISA. We will collect other suggestions within the next two weeks.
- We suggested the time for the next meeting which will be held in Lahti from 19th to 23th September 2006.
- The main topic of the second meeting should be preparation of learning and teaching materials.
