The menu bar contains several menus that handle different areas of the application. Detailed information about each menu item can be found in the WS_FTP Pro Help file, so we will only visit the most commonly used menus.

Click on the Sites menu.

This menu deals with the Site profiles you saw earlier in this tour. At the bottom of the menu is the same sites list that you saw in the Connect to Remote Host dialog. This list acts as a quick way for you to connect to a site without using the Connect to Remote Host dialog.

To use this list, all you have to do is select the site, and WS_FTP Pro tries to make the connection.

Click on the Tools menu.

The Tools menu is your access point to the various WS_FTP Pro utilities and tools that can be used with the WS_FTP Pro application. These tools are described in detail in the WS_FTP Pro Help system.

Click the Help menu.

Here, you will find your primary access point to the WS_FTP Pro Help system. In the WS_FTP Pro Help system, you will be able to read in depth information on all of the features, tools, and functions of WS_FTP Pro.
