Leopold Gregorac-Curriculum Vitae
Leopold Gregorač
graduated from the Faculty of Electrotechnics in 1969.
In the same year he joined RTV Slovenia and was employed there until
2000, the last ten years as Managing Director of the Transmitters and
Links.
In November 2001 he was retired due to health problems.
Professionally, he has always taken interest in electromagnetic
radiation, antennas and propagation of waves. From 1983 to 1994 Mr.
Gregorač was active in C.C.C.R. (ITU) and is the co-author of ITU
Report 879-1.
From 1994 to 2000 he was a member of the European BRFE group. The group
was assigned the task to deal with electromagnetic radiation and in
November 2001 published a book Radio Frequency Radiation: Exposure
Limits and Their Implications for Broadcasters, EBU, BPN, Geneve 2001,
in which Mr Gregorač is a co-author.
He is the co-author and project leader of the project of the book:
J.Budin, L.Gregorač, T. Mlinar (Slovenia), S.Eggert, L.von Klitzing (Germany),
Electromagnetic Radiation, Ljubljana 2004.
He acquired one American patent, too.
He is the author of several other articles, published in well-known
foreign reviews. The latest, known in the world is about secret American
microwave weapon “Microwave ADT weapon of 21 st century”
published in the magazine “Military Technology, May 2004” and you can
find it on Internet, too.
In the article »The invisible F 117-How it was shot down« he proved that
F117 was not invisible for radars signal.
He has given lectures at symposia in the USA (NAB), Great Britain (IBC)
and Germany (VDE).
He is now a Senior Consultant of the Institute for Telecommunication in
Ljubljana.
