Development of virtual universitiy case study and it's influence to the education
As a conclusion of research results from postdoctorat thesis: "Virtual University Case Study" - with the application on vernacular architecture, all the constituent elements for the Virtual University have been formed around the World as a new paradigm of education at the beginning of the millenium. New instrumentation of values and procedures for partitipants knowledge evaluation are developed. New goals for dislocated - distance education are stated and placed in function in all communities where learning through liftime states as an imperative value for students and pedagogues as well. Current information technologies additionaly supports development of sach universities. Elements of educaton law and certificate standards in the academic community are in the state of transformation. Dislocate - distant learning followes the trends of globalisation. By cutting the education costs it fortify competitivety for their participants. Founded on the most pragmatic and utilitarian sources, Virtual University therewith radicaly democrates the possibilities for education through population in the most broaden sence, despite all of the possible differences. Faculties of architecture and design in that frame might find their new possibilities for development.
