VIDEO CONFERENCE I

One of the highlights of Spring Day 2006 was the video conference between our school and The Koc School in Istanbul, Turkey. The conference focused on poverty and how to eradicate it in the world. Besides the pupils from each school, our guests: Samo Kosnik, Adi Smolar and Inacio Bintchende, also participated in the conference. We invited the media (national radio and TV Koper) as well as newspaper reporters to attend the video conference and to tell the world that young people care about the world and want to make it a better place to live in.

A few pupils from the 9th class participated in a video conference with a school in Denmark during their Decison-making role play activity.
