FLANCATI

Ingredients:

 

- 20 dag flour

- 1 dag sugar
- 3 yolk of egg
- 3 spoons of cream; or 2 spoons of milk a little of salt, 2 spoons of rum
- 1/2 l oil
- 5 dag powdered sugar

 

Instructions:

- knead all ingredients in to dough and let it rise (picture1)
- roll out the dough one cm thick
- take a knife and cut it into 10 cm broad squares
- cut for lines in each square (picture 2)
- fry the squares in oil until golden brown
- then put the fried "flancate" into a bowl
- sprinkle them with sugar powder (picture 3)
