I am a grade one teacher in the 9-year programme in SloveniaTaking part in the teacher exchange activity has really been useful for me. I got to know some new teaching methods andapproaches, which I am successfully incorporating into my lessons as well as the 9-year system.

Children in Sweden work in a very relaxed atmosphere. During lessons they can make themselves comfortable on sofas or even on the floor

I am a geography teacher at Primary School Pivka,Slovenia.I wanted to have a closer look at the school system especially the geography department. I assisted in the lessons at first and then taught 12 lessons independently at both lower and higher levels. I gave two presentations on Slovenia - one at their National Agency and one at a meeting of all geography teachers in Vilnius. I believe they liked my presentation, because after three hours I got the impression that they were all interested in visiting our country.
