Apple fries

You will have to decide on the quantities to be used depending on the number of apples you are going to fry.
Start with :

1 egg
1 tablespoon of butter (melted)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon flour
milk to combine ( to make a thin pancake batter)


Peel the appple(s) . Slice the apples about half a centimetre thick, so that you get an apple ring (remove the centre core). Cover the apples with the batter and fry in hot oil until golden. Place the fried apple rings on absorbent paper to drain. Serve warm.
