There is also a kindergarten
at primary school. Children have to find their second home very early as their parents go
to work. They find it in kindergartens. Our kindergarten gives warm shelter to them in:
- Kindergarten in Solkan - 4
groups with 70 children
- Kindergarten in Grgar - 2
groups with 32 children
- Kindergarten in Trnovo - 1
group with 9 children
Kindergartens want the
children to get what they need, to feel well, to learn about many interesting and new
things, to create under the guidance of our kind and skilful nurses, They are supposed to
enjoy laugh, kindness, tolerance and security there.
All the mentioned above is provided by the nurses working with
them together with the leading nurse (16 altogether).
Working hours of the
kindergartens:
- Kindergarten in Solkan from
6.30 to 16.00
- Kindergarten in Grgar from
6.30 to 16.00
- Kindergarten in Trnovo from
6.30 to 16.00
Working hours will be adapted
to parents needs. Kindergarten in Trnovo normally works from 1st September to 24th June -
the working days are synchronised with the school year calendar so the kindergarten
doesn't work during the summer holidays.
Kindergarten's program
- the whole day program:
from 6 to 9 hours for children aged 2 to 7 years.
- morning program: from 4 to 6
hours for children aged 2 to 7 years
- 600 hours program - the so called
preparation for school
The program of the kindergarten
includes also extra activities as:
- playing corners
- performances, plays for children
- different visits of interesting
people outside the kindergarten
- planning and other things
- sports badge
- swimming course
- skiing course
- and other activities interesting for
amall kids.
