Put flour, sugar and salt into a bowl and stir.
Add 2 sachets of yeast and stir.
Add water a bit at a time.
Heat 1 tin of chopped tomatoes and 1 tin of tomato puree.
Add 2 dried chilies and 1 handful of oregano, a vague notion of salt
and pepper, and 4 chopped cloves of garlic.
Chop up the onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Grate the cheese and slice the tomatoes.
Oil the baking tin and push the dough.
Put the vegetables on, then the cheese and finally the tomatoes.
Cook in a preheated oven (200 *C) for half an hour. |
