Observe, report and exchange beyond the barriers of language and culture

for the young photographers born between 1st of January 1975 and the 3th july 1988 and residing in one of the following Countries: Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Slovenia, Malta, Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Morocco, the Palestinian Territories, Israel, Syria, Tunisia and Turkey.

The young photographers shall especially focus on the following topics:
- Sharing the same vision for the future
- The relations between the North and South of the Mediterranean
- The importance of intercultural dialogue
- Exchanges between young people within the framework of an ever-closer cooperation between the inhabitants of the two shores of the Mediterranean
- The photographic dialogue between the two shores of the Mediterranean
