Slovarska (nedoločniška) oblika, nobenih končnic; izjemoma se dodajata končnici –s in –es v 3. os.ed. (he, she, it) v trdilnih stavkih. V nikalnih in vprašalnih stavkih –s, -es odpadeta.
-es se doda glagolom, ki se končajo na glasove š (npr. wish-she wishes), č (npr. watch-she watches) in s (npr. box-he boxes).
