Why Necessary discourse was conceptualized?
The Necessary discourse (ND) is primarily an invitation to the public to reflect on certain, from the project-team identified and offered topic. We do so to give a larger public the possibility to see, what art can do, how art even can open new windows to view certain issues. The ND is meant as exhibiting art as invitation to reflect on actualities and therefore its amplified of credible essays from other scientific fields by important representatives, various fields, not selected in any special way, just casual.
How does ND work?
It works in 6 steps:
- Conception, identification and preparation;
After identified the topic on which discourse will held we prepare some texts and start our acquisition-campaign
- Collection of Art-Works and other contributions;
We do in first order visit the participating artists that build the visual basic for every other discussion and even collect meanwhile points of view in form of essays.
- Stimulation of public discussion
Starting to communicate with public sphere, means presentation of the whole ND-Concept and start of publishing the collected essays (in regular rhythm)
- Reflection and Debate;
Observation and Identification of the prime interests regarding the given topic and therefore organisation and preparation of the 4weeks-museum-program
- Exhibition, Discussions, Speeches
4weeks-museum-takeover containing, artworks primarily, speeches, concerts, theatre, lectures, etc. to improve the public and even interacting discourse between visitors, that already are prepared on the topic
- Conclusion, Documentation;
Analyze and documentation of the whole process, the result can be archived or used.
