"I still don`t understand why these guys aren`t known all over the world!" the legendary English D.J. and the creator of the shows about the new rock bands on BBC one JOHN PEEL said about our guests.

DR.BISON, the band, in which the musicians are from the broken LEATHERFACE (a successful show years ago in Ljubljana) and THE ABS, had a few successful shows all over Europe (in front of GvsB and on Popkomm festival). The island music critics that praise the group very much have compared them with (of course) Leatherface, Snuff, early Elvis Costello, Sugar and Senseless thing.

HOOTON 3 CAR have glued the influence of inevitable Leatherface, Dag Nasty and other American malodic punk bands into their music and conditionaly Husker Du.

Both bands are musicaly alike. That`s the distorted pop-punk, mixed with contagious melodies, over which you can hear a raw, yet a sweet voice.

The concert was in MKNŽ Ilirska Bistrica, on Sunday, the 24th November 1996. You have seen what`s going on on the independent rock scene in Great Britrain.
