Ciambellone

Ingredients:

125 g light white yoghurt
3 eggs
250 g sugar
375 g self-raising flour (You can use ordinary flour with an abundance of yeast)


Instructions:
- mix all the ingredients together
- put the mixture into a round baking pan and into the oven
- bake for 25 minutes making sure never to open the oven door or it will not rise.
