Pan di Spagna

Ingredients:

200 g potato flour
200 g sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 dose Andalini yeast


Instructions:
- put the eggs, sugar and milk into a bowl and beat for a couple of minutes
- add the potato flour and the yeast
- knead all the ingredients about 10 minutes and put the dough into a well-buttered and floured baking pan with high sides
- cook in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes
- when finished, carefully divide it into 2 even halves and fill it with either chocolate, cream, fresh cream, jam or whatever you prefer.
