TOP TEN SPORTS        March  2003

1. Football Our football dream has started with classification of our "Eagles" at the World Championship. At the moment our team is on the 36th place on Fifa's chart .                               Žan and Miha 4.b

2. Tennis  Tennis is a very popular sport in Slovenia. Our best female tennis player is Katarina Srebotnik. My favourite tennis player is Serena Williams. Tennis is my favourite sport.                                     Maša 4.b 3. Basketball We like basketball very much. Our best teams are Krka and Union Olimpija.

4. Dancing Dancing represents a sport and art. It demands a lot of discipline and exercise. Dancing competitions are beautiful. Our best and most famous dancing couple are Katarina Venturini and Andrej Škufca. They won the World Championship three times. This year they won among 250 couples at the biggest Dance Festival on the world in Blackpool. 5. Gymnastics
