Carnival at Ledina Primary School


We celebrated a public festival that happens each year, the carnival, it reached the top on Shrove Tuesday and on Monday 3rd March we enjoyed at the presentation of carnival habits and carnival dishes presented by the Society for the promotion of qualitative food.

The meeting with the pilot Matej was successful and very pleasant.  The tasks were not so difficult and mysterious as they had seemed to be. A delighted atmosphere and a good sense of humour influenced our spirit and encouraged us for researching.

Flowers creations from India

Mr. Kishorial, teacher from India, presented his country and Indian 
art of modelling in paper.

Pupils were delighted and fascinated by wonderful flowers creations.

UNESCO QUIZ 2002/03
School selection of the contestants at Ledina Primary School

On Friday, 28th March, there was a competition - school selection of the contestants for Unesco Quiz. There participated 27 pupils from class 4 to class 8. The pupils had to fill in the questionnaire with 20 questions. We selected the best four contestants - three of them are going to participate in the regional quiz.

The best contestants were: Luka Jeraj (7.b), Manca Ogorevc (8.b), Veronika Ramovš (8.b), Sandra Valantič (8.b).
