To like somebody means, that you devote all your attention to him, you wish for him all the best, you feel connected to him. If the person you like is sad so are you. You confort him and hope that you will be able to bring joy to his face once again.

When they ask me who I love, I have a flashing thought: Cic. Cic is my brother Ciril.
But when they ask me what I like to do, I think at once: I like to play  violoncello.
Why do I love my brother? He is very funny. Almost everyday he visits me in my room at least for a minute and speaks a word or two with me, he praises and blames and tells me some anecdote from his life. Sometimes he stays longer and we talk for hours. We play table-tennis and chess very often. I love Cic because he is a nice entertainment during the day.
Why I like violoncello? I think of it as an exceptional machine that works without electricity. It has such a lovely sound. And I play it with pride.
