National Unesco ASPnet project Good news from Valladolid, Spain

Group of pupils from Valladolid

Hello!! We are nine students aged 13 and 14. We are from Valladolid, a very beautiful city in the north-east of Spain. We are seven girls and two boys. At the moment we are in the computer room. We like writing to young people from other countries, and we also like travelling. We like funny days so we listen to music and surf the net. We are in the 3rd year of secondary school here in Spain. At weekends we go to the cinema and some people go to the disco. Our names are: Maria, Alvaro, Roberto, Ana, Carmen, Gema, Nuria, Silvia and Leticia.

Our school has about 750 students, aged 12-18. It is a secondary school, with four years of compulsory education (12-16) and two of higher school (BachilleratoThe school is very big and it is 30 years old. Its name is Emilio Ferrari).  We take trips to Madrid and other cities around Valladolid. We play badminton and volleyball. We like school, but we don't like studying very much. We love talking to friends.
