Once upon a time there (live) a little dwarf. He (be) very old and very wise. He (have) a pet snake. He also (have) an enemy. That enemy (be) a ghost. One day the ghost (chase) the dwarf and his snake onto a spaceship. They (fly) to a strange planet. On that strange planet there (be) a strange forest. In that strange forest there (live) a strange dragon, a strange pig and a strange kangaroo. They (be) all very nice. When the ghost (chase) the dwarf into the forest, the strange animals (be) very hungry. The dwarf (give) them some sweets to eat and they (become) his friends. They (help) him, and they (get) the ghost on the spaceship, and they (send) him back to the earth. The dwarf, his snake and the strange animals (live) happily ever after on the strange planet.
