Irish coffee is kinda like a cocktail that consists of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar (normaly brown sugar) and cream. It was invented by a man called Joe Sheridan that was a chef of a restaurant in Ireland.A couple passengers from America came by and they ordered coffee.Because he wanted to warm them he put some whiskey in the coffee and the rest is history. Later it made its ways through and now it is well known all over the planet. First you heat the black coffe that is later poured in the mug. Then you put whiskey and sugar into the cup, but you must not boiled it. In the end you top it of with some cream. Normaly it is served while it is hot.
