Building bridges, active citizenship in Europe is a three-year international Comenius project. In the school year 2004/05 OŠ Šenčur is carrying out the first carefully planned year of the project.

First contacts with partner schools were made at a  Council of Europe seminar in Bradford, Great Britain where the future national coordinators of the project agreed on the organization.

Included in the preliminary stage were also the colleagues from Germany and Finland but for some reason or other the project at present includes the Lithuanians, the Poles and the Slovenians.
