In twenty years of this cetury MILAN KLEMENCIC managed to realise his intentions in raising teh level of Slovene puppet theatre. In this period a lot of important puppet theatre were established troughout Europe, providing a lot of innovations and avantgarde experiments and first efforts to rise teh meaning of the Slovene Puppet Theatre were shown by Slovene painter Milan Klemencic Puppet theatre were at thet time mainly founded by plastic art artists and first authors of original puppet text. Olso Milan Klemencic, who wonted to epproach teh European standards, after his return to Ljubljana, quckly gained many cooperators. He never carried them out complettely thought, as he could not obtain a suitable hall.
