AnnApp License Agreement

This is a license agreement for the AnnApp software ("the software") and its documentation, which are owned and copyrighted by Igor Grešovnik. The software subject to this license agreement includes all files that are contained in the software directory (i.e. the root directory where this license file is located, and all its subdirectories).

The software and its documentation are developed and copyrighted by Igor Grešovnik, Ljubljana, Slovenia ("the author"). The following terms apply to all files associated with the software unless explicitly disclaimed in individual files.

The author hereby grant the non-exclusive rights to use the software free of charge to anyone, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The user will use the software on his/her own responsibility.
  
• The user will use the software only in binary form, and will not attempt to reverse-engineer the software.
• The user will not distribute the software to the third parties, neither for payment nor free of charge. The user can however send links to the original locations of the software to anyone at will.
  

The present license agreement is the agreement between the author and the licensees that defines the terms and conditions for use of the software. By using the software, licensees accept the terms of this license agreement. Any user is solely responsible for execution of the terms of this license agreement.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, ITS DOCUMENTATION, OR ANY DERIVATIVES THEREOF, EVEN IF THE AUTHORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
