Non FAI events:
Odd-Roc (Show program)
Amateur rocket Flights (Up to I engine and up to approx. altitude of 1200m) Note 1: Owing to specific location of the airfield we suggest the use of A engines for the category S3B. Final decision about the motor type will be brought at the event! Note 2: Odd-Roc and Amateur rocket Flights will run in coordination with the organiser.

Contest rules:
The competition will be held according to the present FAI rules. This competition is open for the individuals with a valid FAI sporting license as well as the teams. Odd-Roc and Amateur rocket Flights will run in coordination with the organiser.

Rewards:
Best individuals and teams will be rewarded with sport trophies (diplomas, plaques "Dragons" and cups). Show program flights and Amateur rocket Flights will also be rewarded with plaques "Dragons". All entries will be judged by scale jury.

Launching site:
The competition will take place in Kamnik near Ljubljana. Launching site is situated about 20 km from the center of the city. See the location of main points on the enclosed map.

Protests:
Protests are possible by one hour after the event in writing along with 35 EUR protest fee.

3rd party insurance:
All competitors and visitors participate on their own responsibility (risk). Organiser will not take the responsibility for any accident, damage or injury, caused by the models.

Official language:
Official languages at the contest are Slovene and English.

Checking-in:
All the participants are kindly requested to confirm the participation in the contest on the entry forms enclosed with this material. Deadline for the preliminary check-in is October 1th, 2003.

Entry Fee:
Entry fee is 35 EUR for each participant. It covers the costs of:
- participation cards, informative materials, souvenirs
- sport trophies
- competitor gifts
Separately, we offer payable meals and drinks in our snack bar at the launching site.

Payment:
In cash at the arrival (For entry fee, motel and other orders).

Accommodation:
Accommodation is possible in a small motel in Kamniška Bistrica (12 km from Kamnik) at the price 3.000 SIT per person per night, breakfast 700 SIT and supper (dinner) 1100 SIT. We suggest a complete arrangement for 4.800 SIT. Capacity of beds in the motel is 23, so make a reservation as soon as possible. For all the other competitors (over 23), accommodation will be organised in small inns around the main motel by their regular prices.
Banquet will be organised - see Banquet!
According to your demand, we can arrange a reservation in one of the hotels in Ljubljana City.

Banquet:
The Ljubljana Cup space modelling competition celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, so Banquet will be held on launching site this time. We are planning to organise fireworks, space modelling video and slide show, some music, good food and drinks. The price for the banquet is 5 EUR and we wish that all competitors will attend. In a case of bad weather, banquet will be held in the motel in Kamniška Bistrica. Competitors who will pay a complete arrangement for the motel for Saturday night are free of charge for the banquet fee.

Arrival and registration:
Registration of the participants and entry fees payment will take place at the motel in Kamniška Bistrica on Friday, October 17th, from 6 p.m. till 10 p.m.
