Launching site:
The competition will take place in Kamnik near Ljubljana. Launching site is situated about 20 km from the center of the city. See the location of main points on the enclosed city plan.

Contest rules:
The competition will be held according to the present FAI rules. This competition is open for the individuals with a valid FAI sporting license as well as the teams.

Rewards:
Best individuals and teams will be rewarded with sport trophies (diplomas, plaques and cups). Show program flights will also be rewarded. All entries will be judged by scale jury.

Checking-in:
All the participants are kindly requested to confirm the participation at the contest on the entry forms
enclosed with this material. Deadline for the preliminary check-in is October 1st, 1998.

Entry Fee:
Entry fee is 6.500 SIT (~65 DM) for each participant. It covers the costs of:
- T-shirt, participation cards, informative materials, souvenirs
- sport trophies

Separately we offer meals and drinks in our snack bar at the launching site.

Payment:
In cash at the arrival (For entry fee, motel and other orders).

Accommodation:
Accommodation is possible in a small motel in Kamniška Bistrica (12 km from Kamnik) at the price 2.200 SIT per person per night, breakfast 500 SIT and supper 800 SIT. We suggest a complete arrangement for 3.500 SIT. Capacity of beds in the motel is 23, so make a reservation as soon as possible. For all others competitors (more than 23), accommodation will be organised in small inns aroud the main motel by their regular prices. Banquet will be organized in the motel Kamniška Bistrica, too.
According to your demand, we can arrange a reservation in one of the hotels in Ljubljana City.

Banquet:
For the prize giving ceremony, banquet will be organized at the motel in Kamniška Bistrica on Saturday evening. Supper not included.

Arrival and registration:
Registration of the participants and entry fees payment will take place at the motel in Kamniška Bistrica on Friday, October 15th, from 7 p.m. till 10 p.m.
