MEMBERSHIP Membership of the IXOBRYCHUS is open to everyone with an interest in birds in Slovenia and Mediterranean. As a member you will receive the Association's publications and be able to attend indoor and field meetings. You will also have access to the up-to-date portal Ixobrychus section of this web site (only in slovenian language). Members of the Association are 'allocated' to a branch based on their home address (there is no extra fee to join a branch), but all members are free to participate in the any of the branches' activities. Annual membership subscription rates are as follows, with reduced rates for those paying by Direct Debit given in brackets: Adult 1000 SIT Subscriptions are due on 1st January for the following calendar year. However, members joining after 1st January will be credited with membership until March of the following calendar year, thus in effect getting 3 months free. All subscriptions may be paid by Direct Debit and/or Gift Aid (formerly Deed of Covenant) if desired. Subscriptions paid this way will greatly assist the club.
