The table below lists all the births and marriages of MILLAR/MILLER in Creich, Fife between 1768 and 1800, and one marriage in 1801. It does NOT include children born to married women whose maiden surname was MILLAR/MILLER. The data seems to suggest that there was only one MILLAR/MILLER family in Creich at the time. Presumably (but not necessarily), Helen, Janet, Margaret, James, Isabel and Anne MILLAR/MILLER were siblings, as were probably Andrew and James MORES and James and George CUNNINGHAME. Naming patterns would suggest that James MILLAR/MILLER's parents would be John and Mary MILLAR/MILLER, while Jannet WIGHTON's parents would be Thomas and Jannet WIGHTON.
